Errr, you do realise that the Max campaign isn't a war against NC, don't you? It's just that your (impressively angry) post seems a little confused. BoB are, in fact, 'allowed' to shoot whoever they want. It's only a game buddy. It's almost like you had some vested interest in getting them to attack NC....
On a side note, however, I really was impressed with how angry your post was. Just phenomenal.
